1) Circle knitting Group
The circle knitting department consists of knitting, dyeing and tailoring. There are forty four sets of circle knitting machines in knitting workshop. It can turn out 200 tons of fine silk and spun silk knitted jersey, interlock, jacquard and other blend knitted fabrics annually.
Prior to fabric knitting, silk material must undergo several steps as soaking and winding. Newly knitted raw fabric must undergo processes such as degumming and color dyeing, or pattern designing, plate making, and printing. Now the company boasts digital printing equipment which is advanced even in the world printing industry. Besides, the company has another four sets of flat-bed printing lines for the production of top quality silk blend and mélange knitted printing fabrics.
The tailoring department has production capability of one million items of silk knitted fashions a year. Customer’s each order of fashions will be patterned, sampled, cut and sewed through careful cyber calculation and then strictly inspected and shipped.
The department boasts of an army of devoted technicians and staff members fully committed the product quality and service.
